These terms cover PT JBS policy for booking cancellations and your responsibilities as a volunteer. This policy is in addition to our “Expedition Booking Conditions” document.
By registering as a volunteer in Wallacea Expeditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
Refundable Fees
- Expedition fees are refundable under certain conditions as described below.
- Cancellation of participation should be done by giving notice to JBS email, and you will receive a confirmation email from us.
1. Refund Service Fee
Refunds will be made via international bank transfer. If a refund is warranted under the terms of Cancellation Policy or any other applicable Policies, a Refund Service Fee will be charged from booking payment to cover the costs of claim verification and processing. Proof of these fees will be provided
2. Refund Policy
- No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before the Expedition Start Date.
- 50% refund for cancellations 14 to 30 days before the Expedition Start Date, minus fees.
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before the Expedition Start Date, minus fees.
3. General Provisions
3.1 Modification or Termination
PT JBS may modify or terminate this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Wallacea Expedition website or notify you directly. Any claims made before the changes will still be processed under the term in effect at the time of the claim.
3.2 Entire Agreement
This policy is the full agreement between you and PT JBS about cancellation based on the Expedition Booking Condition document.
